New Roof, Gutters, Paint and Fascia Repair in Aurora

This was a complete exterior renovation.  From tearing off existing 3- Tab shingle then re-roofing with Owens Corning Duration Storm Shingle.  During this time roof deck was de-laminated in many areas.  New OSB sheathing was installed prior to underlayment and shingle installation.  Second, the low slope roof that covered the patio on the rear was constructed to increase the roof deck pitch to make a better water drainage system.  Next was soffit and fascia repair to water damage and wood rot areas before the gutters.  Then finally the exterior was refreshed by a complete new paint job.
