This Lakewood homeowner had a roof that was damaged after a hailstorm hit. We came in and installed a whole new roof for the homeowner, who was very satisfied with the new roof.

After a devasting 2016 hail storm that destroyed a cedar shake roof, damaged windows, broken skylights, siding and paint also took a beating the customer choose Wimmer Roofing and Exteriors (General Contractor Company) for thier restoration needs.  One stop shop made it nice and easy for them.  Our team thouroughly worked with their insurance company to not only retain thier value lost in the storm but exceeded it by the work we do.  Boral Tile Class 4 upgraded their roof, new siding installed, windows not just replaced were updated, complete house paint and new gutters.  The opportunity to "Maximize the Value of Damaged Iems" was a definite success!

This was a complete exterior renovation.  From tearing off existing 3- Tab shingle then re-roofing with Owens Corning Duration Storm Shingle.  During this time roof deck was de-laminated in many areas.  New OSB sheathing was installed prior to underlayment and shingle installation.  Second, the low slope roof that covered the patio on the rear was constructed to increase the roof deck pitch to make a better water drainage system.  Next was soffit and fascia repair to water damage and wood rot areas before the gutters.  Then finally the exterior was refreshed by a complete new paint job.

A hail storm hit Aurora, CO and destroyed the existing roof on this home.  After further inspection it was determined that new gutters and paint were going to be needed as well.

We got to work right away and installed a new roof. In addition, to bring the home back to it's original shine new gutters and paint were necessary.  The homeowners were thrilled with the finished product.
