With employees traveling up to two hours to the Hartman's home in Windsor, as far as Loveland, Bailey, Greeley and Parker to enjoy a good time with co-workers and the great food supplied. We are on job sites every single day, performing roof replacements for homeowners, so it's important that we take some time to spend all in one place.
Brandon said, "It's part of our company's culture to treat our people well, maintain a positive working environment, and provide an opportunity for employees to introduce their families to their co-workers."
Monica Lowrie said, "The fact that Brandon and Tori opened their home to us and our families goes a long way towards making everyone feel they are important to the company which in turn creates a great sense of loyalty to Wimmer Roofing and Exteriors."
"We work harder and do better work when we like our job, respect our organization and get to know our colleagues" said, Kneko Demmitt-Hiott.
Brandon plans on holding this get-together every year because of the positive response it received. The company is growing, so events like this will be come more and more important to maintaining this positive culture. This is our secret when it comes to providing the most exceptional experience our customers have ever received working with a contractor.
